Information
In 2005, Jet Circus released the gritty, hard-rocking powerhouse Look At Death Now. Shortly after, whispers began circulating online about a radical transformation, a complete re-imagining of the album into something "bone-crushing." An ad even ran in HM Magazine in 2006, but then... silence. For twenty years, the project remained a legend shrouded piece of music history that never saw the light of day.
Now, exactly two decades since its 2006 production, Girder Records has unsealed the vault. Dance Or Die! is not a "bonus" disc or an afterthought; it is an ambitious double-album statement.
14 of world-class dance and industrial producers were chosen to use their skills to turn Swedens legendary metal masters, Jet Circus into a pumping dance act, just for this album, DANCE OR DIE! These are not just remixes they are complete sonic reconstructions that are going to blow your mind, I can promise you that!
It's Industrial. It's Dance. It's about to be legendary!
THE SOUND: BONE-CRUSHING DANCE & INDUSTRIAL While Ez Gomer calls it a "Dance Remix," North American fans will instantly recognize as Industrial, something quite close to artist such as Rammstein (a German juggernaught), Mortal, Brainchild, Circle of Dust, Celldweller, Argyle Park. However it also stays true to the Jet Circus DNA—hard, heavy, dynamic, and creative—but adds an energy and masterfully executed electronic edge. As the first Christian rock band to ever release a dance remix of a complete album, Jet Circus has created something entirely unique. From the pulsing drive of "Shooting Star" to the dark atmosphere of "Skull Of The Poet," this is a high-octane experience that bridges the gap between the mosh pit and the club floor.
Ez Gomer Says, "this album is a reflection of what music is all about. The number one rule is that it should be fun, and this was a fun project all along. This album is created for the people out there who loves dance music and are open for a metal vibe lurking somewhere in there. It’s really a superior album and I really hope it will find its audience.
