Formed in Indiana in 1985, SERAIAH quickly built a reputation as one of the Midwest’s most ambitious and electrifying heavy metal acts. By the summer of 1988, the band set its sights far beyond the regional club circuit, arriving at the legendary Metal Fest in Decatur, Illinois with a larger-than-life stage production and the confidence of a band determined to stand apart from their peers. Sharing the stage with notable acts such as Bride, Sacred Warrior, and Vengeance, SERAIAH delivered a commanding performance that earned them a recording contract with legendary Pure Metal Records.

Originally released in 1990, Carnival Worldcaptured the band’s explosive blend of blistering guitars, soaring vocals, melodic hooks, and unapologetic swagger. Often compared to the raw energy and sleaze-infused attack of early Mötley Crüe, SERAIAH combined arena-sized hooks with an aggressive edge that helped make them one of the underground metal scene’s most memorable and overlooked acts.

Now, 36 years later, Eonian Records proudly presents the definitive edition of Carnival World, newly remixed and remastered to deliver a massive, modern sonic impact while preserving the spirit and intensity of the original recordings. This deluxe reissue features stunning all-new artwork, a deluxe 36-page booklet containing over 100 never-before-seen photos from the band’s personal archives and featuring an in-depth and captivating band history written by Arttie Parker. The CD also features several powerful live soundboard recordings featuring bassist Tracy Ferrie (Stryper, Boston) in his very first performance with the band.

Available on CD and stunning Blood Moon Red vinyl housed in a deluxe gatefold jacket, Carnival World has never looked or sounded better.
