In The Process Of marks the powerful solo debut of Undoubting Thomas, the new progressive rock project from multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Thomas McKeown—formerly of the 1980s cult prog band Damascus.

Launched in October 2024, this concept-driven album explores the tension between faith, suffering, and doubt through lush synths, intricate guitars, and emotionally charged vocals. Drawing influence from both classic and modern prog icons—Genesis, Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, Riverside—In The Process Of weaves immersive soundscapes with introspective lyrics that resonate deeply with those facing life’s toughest questions.

At its heart, the album asks:

·        Is God still good when everything is falling apart?

·        Is there meaning in our suffering?

These themes echo throughout, offering solace to listeners navigating grief, depression, or deconstruction—while still reaching toward hope
